Bracey’s Accountants offers a comprehensive range of financial services, including business accounting, taxation, VAT, cloud accounting, audit services, and personal tax advisory. With a strong focus on compliance, tax efficiency, risk minimisation, and wealth maximisation, they have built a reputation for supporting businesses and individuals alike.


With approximately 50 staff operating across 13 office locations, maintaining oversight of financial performance and operational efficiency is an ongoing challenge. As the firm continued to grow, consolidating key financial and operational data became increasingly difficult, particularly with Excel spreadsheets not being updated in real time and a heavy reliance on manual data entry. These inefficiencies led to bottlenecks that slowed decision-making and increased administrative workload.


This project was particularly engaging for us at Bevl Software, as it required a multi-faceted approach, integrating various technologies while processing large volumes of data efficiently. The goal was not just to create a new system but to transform the way Bracey’s managed their internal operations—moving from static, spreadsheet-based workflows to an automated, scalable solution.

Goals & Objectives

Over the past five years, Bracey’s Accountants has experienced an increase in client acquisition and a quick growth in staff numbers. While this growth symbolises business success, it has also introduced new operational challenges.

Design Process
